A research team from Queen’s University led Dr. Mahadeo Sukhai, CNIB’s Head of Research and an adjunct professor at Queen’s University, is operating a survey that seeks to assess the visual rehabilitation services offered in Canada and to determine if healthcare providers believe they are adequate and accessible for the patients that require them. The results of this research have potential to improve access to visual rehabilitation, the quality of visual rehabilitation services, and the referral process for healthcare providers.
The study consists of a 10 minute online survey in Microsoft Forms and will help improve our understanding of the visual rehabilitation system in Canada. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may opt out at any moment. We would greatly appreciate if you would take a moment to complete it.
